Short Itinerary Information

Our trekking starts from Pokhara on you third day of arrival in Kathmandu. Before driving to Pokhara on our third of itinerary, on your second day, you will be guided for Kathmandu Sightseeing tour. On your third day, you will be dropped to Pokhara. On fourth day trekking actually starts and ends after reaching Ghorepani Poonhill on 6th day of trek. Please check our itinerary section to know more and what’s included. Even after reaching Ghorepani, accommodation is not a problem at all.

Ghorepani has nice looking rooms, with hot showers, fresh and organic foods and other facilities. Hotels might run out of rooms especially in peak seasons. Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu

You will be welcomed by Raconteur representative in airport and will be driven to Hotel in Kathmandu, Thamel. You will spend your first night at downtown Kathmandu.


Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

On your second day, you will be guided in private vehicle to popular artistic and religious sites of Kathmandu. On this day you will visit Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Swaybhunath and Durbar Squares. These sites symbolizes history of Nepal and religious significance too. Overnight in Kathmandu.


Day 3: Drive to Pokhara, Overnight in Pokhara

Third day will start after breakfast. You will be drive to Pokhara on private vehicles. This scenic ride will award you the view of Tishuli River. Driving for 7-8 hours will take you Pokhara. You may stroll around Phewa Lake side for refreshing yourself.


Day 4: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Hile

The trekking starts on this day. After breakfast at Pokhara, you will be driven to Nayapul. (41 Km). Then trekking starts to Hile, Walking at normal speed, Hile is just 3 hours from Nayapul. Along this trail, you will hear beautiful sound of Bhurungdi River.


Day 5: Trek to Ghorepani

On this say, you will reach Ghorepani after trekking for 6-7:30 hours. Trek passes through Tikhedhunga and uphill climb starts to Ghorepani. Overnight at Ghorepani


Day 6: Trek to Poonhil and Trek to Tadapani

This is the main day of your trek. Before breakfast, you will hike to Poonhill from Ghorepani. Upon reaching Poonhill, you will experience beautiful Sunrise over the shining mountains. After reaching Poonhill and enjoying the place, trekking to Tadapani starts. It takes 5-6 hours to reach Tadapani. Overnight at Tadapani.


Day 7: Drive to Pokhara from Tadapani and Pokhara Sightseeing.

After having breakfast at Tadapani, you will hike for a short while and you will be picked up in our private vehicle. Reaching Pokhara for lunch and refreshment. After lunch, you will be given the chance to plan your itinerary or you may book a vehicle to see important places like Davis Fall, Mountain Museum, Bat caves etc. in Pokhara. Overnight at Pokhara.


Day 8: Drive back to Kathmandu

Early morning breakfast at Pokhara. Farewell to Pokhara and drive to Kathmandu. You will be served lunch on the way and dinner at Hotel in Kathmandu.


Day 9: Farewell
