Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
The first day, you arrive at the international airport in Kathmandu. You will meet our staff at the airport. Then, you will be taken to your hotel where you will meet with your guide. You will check your motorcycle, get your paperwork done, and prepare for the ride.

Day 2: Test Ride
In this day, you will do a short motorbike tour to Chisapani or Nagarkot and be familiar with your bike. You also get a glimpse of motor biking experience in Nepal. We will be back to Kathmandu by early evening.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Besisahar (106 Km)
The first day of the tour starts from Kathmandu as you make your way to Besisahar through the Prithvi Highway. You will ride through the hills of Nepal alongside the Trishuli River. The ride is smooth and the view of lush hills, rural settlements, and highway villages, while you ride, are amazing. After around 5 hours of riding, you’ll reach Besisahar in Lamjung district. You get a distant view of Annapurna II (7937m) and Machhapuchhre (6997m) from here.

Day 4: Besisahar to Chame (66 Km)
From Besisahar, you head towards Chame, riding along the Marsayangdi River. The route is off- road, dusty and there are steep hills and narrow turnings; so, you have to be careful. Except for the rough route, the scenery of rivers, mountains, and waterfalls make the ride delightful. After around 4 hours of ride, you reach Chame, the district headquarters of Manang district.

Day 5: Chame to Manang Valley (31 Km)
The journey to Manang Valley takes you through the forested route with the view of snow peaks. You will pass a small settlement named Bhratang. The off-road path alongside the river is challenging and exciting. En route, you’ll get an impressive sight of the great wall of Pisang named Pangdi Danda. From Lower Pisang, you reach Manang passing through Ghyaru, Ngawal, Julu, and Braga. On the way, you get a great view of Annapurna Massif.

Day 6: Explore Manang Valley
This day is acclimatization day for you to help your body adapt to the higher altitudes of Himalayas. You can ride to Nagwal all the way to Upper Pisang and enjoy the scenic beauties along with local culture and traditions.

Day 7: Manang to Tilicho Lake Base Camp (20 Km)
The ride from Manang to Tilicho Lake Base Camp is a short yet pleasant one with magnificent views of the Annapurna massif. As we move out of the valley we can see the vastness of this region and the Himalayas, which inevitably will make you feel like a tiny dot. This is still a rocky and mountainous terrain. At Tilicho Lake Base Camp, we will get mind-blowing views of the Annapurna massif and its adjacent mountains.

Day 8: Trekking to Tilicho Lake (4920 m)
Leaving your bike behind, you trek uphill to the highest lake in the world, Tilicho. If the lake is not frozen then, a beautiful turquoise lake will welcome you. You can enjoy great views of mountains like Tilicho (7134m), Khangsar Kang (7485m), Gangapurna (7454m), and Annapurna III (7555m). The nearby glaciers and landscapes are also quite surreal from the vantage points around the base camp. After exploring the area, you retrace your path to the base camp and then ride back to Khangsar.

Day 9: Khangsar to Timang (43km)
From Khangsar, you’ll head straight to Timang passing Manang, Humde, Pisang, and Bhratang alongside the Marsayangdi River with the view of snowy peaks. The bumpy roads make the ride a bit tough but the view of hills, rivers, and mountains makes it enjoyable. The ride to Timang descends for most of the trip and you will cover the distance in a short time.

Day 10: Timang to Besisahar (57km)
You’ll head to Besisahar from Timang passing Chame on the way. You will also cross Tal, Syange, and Ngadi villages en route. Besisahar is the last stay on this Manang Motorcycle tour before riding back to Kathmandu. The off-road tracks and bumpy roads will come to an end in Besisahar.

Day 11: Besisahar to Kathmandu (106km)
After a long ride to Tilicho, the return ride to Kathmandu starts this day, leaving Lamjung district. The ride through taking you through serpentine road will be smooth. After around 5 hours of ride, you’ll reach Kathmandu. You can take rest the remaining hours of the day or you can go for a stroll.

Day 12: Explore Kathmandu
This is a leisure day in Kathmandu. You can either spend this day resting or you can go sightseeing in Kathmandu. You can visit the World Heritage Sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath. Likewise, hiking destinations like Shivapuri and Chisapani are also ideal to spend your final day in the country. You can also do some souvenir shopping in Thamel.

Day 13: Departure
After bidding you farewell, you will be dropped off to Tribhuvan International Airport for your scheduled flight home. We hope you had a good and adventurous time riding through the hills of Nepal.
