Cycling Tour of Kathmandu Heritage

Raconteur Adventure did Kathmandu Heritage Cycling Tour with nine international guests. We got nice reviews and are planning to do more tours in the future with our beloved guest’s family. This cycling tour itinerary of Raconteur Adventure is a half-day cycling experience getting to some of the holiest places on earth, one of Hinduism and another of Buddhism. The temple of Pashupatinath is the most spiritual temple on earth as the third eye of Shiva is celebrated here. And the Boudhanath resembles the same life living pattern by enlightening inner you.

In this Kathmandu Heritage Cycling Tour, we got to see amazing art, the architecture of stone and wood, the Hindu cremation process, and one of the largest dome-shaped stupa in South Asia. Kathmandu itself is a beautiful city with the tag of, “City of temples”. Cycling in Kathmandu simply is a joyous experience and out of the whole of Kathmandu, Pashupatinath and Bouddhath are a major attraction. So, we designed a half-day cycling itinerary.

In this itinerary, we start cycling from Siphal, a big playground for outdoor activities to Pashupatinath temple. This is short cycling of just 15 minutes. We park our cycle and then visit the premises of Pashupatinath temple for 30-40 minutes. Then, we will have a tea break before walking to Guheyashwori and again cycling to Boudhanath for 20 minutes. The cycling ends with breakfast at Boudhanath terrace restaurant.

Raconteuradventure cycling tour kicks off the tour from Shiphal an inner playground. This cycling tour event has a duration of roughly 15 minutes. And then we will take a short walk around Pashupatinath Temple approximately half an hour of walk and then we will take a short break of Tea and breakfast and after we have our tea and breakfast we will again continue our ride to Bauddhanath Stupa that is 4 km Away from Pashupatinath Temple that approx. takes abt. 30-40 minutes if everything goes right. After we reach Baudhanath stupa we will do sightseeing for about 20-30 minutes and after sightseeing, we will do a traditional breakfast at a standard Restaurant. After breakfast, we will have a farewell program and a token of love.
