Stable good health and physical fitness are all absolute necessities for all trips. Raconteur Adventure recommends examining your health before setting your foot for any trip, trek or adventure.
International travel insurance is mandatory for travelling in Nepal, especially trekking into high altitudes. Guests need to be insured with flight cancellation coverage as the weather gets unpredictable due to weather conditions. Please ensure that insurance covers both domestic and international flight cancellation and high altitude helicopter rescue, loss or theft of personal items. Flight cancellation is regular in destinations like Lukla, Jomsom, Dolpo and other mountainous airport areas.
01; We, Raconteur Adventure, requires a US$ 25% deposit through the bank, money transfer, credit card per person to confirm the trip. We will receive full payment once you arrive in Kathmandu.
O2; Trek requiring domestic flight, 25% of booking amount shall be paid to us before three months of your day of departure. Similarly, 30-40% of payment is required to confirm the booking of your tour operated by Raconteur Adventure.
03; For Tibet, Bhutan, Sikkim and India
Reservation on behalf of the destination mentioned above, a 50% deposit of total trip cost is required for confirming the booking. You can make total payments after your Kathmandu arrival. We will send you the invoice by email, and after your arrival, we will hand over the hard copy to you of the invoice.
Note; You can make the final payment in US$ or Nepalese rupees currency. But we encourage you to pay in internationally accepted US$ currency. We also discourage using credit cards as a 4.5% additional charge is added to your overall transaction.
