The hunting

Dhorpatan is home to exotic sceneries and is not your common tour of hunting. Few and limited species of animals are hunted in the reserve. Hunting has its adrenaline and adventure. Waiting for hours for a tasty meal is all exciting, and insightful. Hunting here requires special permits and fees. The reserves have six blocks that are especially for hunting management. The hunting experience in Dhorpatan is different and you will hunt overpopulating animals rather than canned hunting where the animal is bred and hunted.

A hunting license is issued by the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation, Government of Nepal, and only a selected few can ultimately have the chance to hunt an animal. Accessibility

You can choose to drive or trek the reserve. You can commence your trek from Baglung, until Baglung, we will drive you. Helicopter booking is available to explore the Dhorpatan reserve. Itinerary Overview- Dhorpatan Hunting Trip

We will start our trip by welcoming you to the capital, Kathmandu on the first day of this Hunting trip to Dhorpatan. Your second day will be a free day for sightseeing and photography. On day third, we will fly to Dhorpatan by Helicopter which is a 1 hour 40 minutes flight. We will organize a meet-up lunch, where you will be given all needed information by local guides and professional guides. And in the National Park office, we will give and get further information. Overnight at Dhorpatan. We will do actual hunting on the day fourth of the trip. Dhorpatan has six different blocks where hunting is allowed. You need to reserve your hunting at least 2 months prior as permission is not easy to get.

And if you are coming in more numbers, then early planning is all helpful. After an amazing hunting experience, we will stay overnight with a delicious dinner of the hunt. On day fifth, we will fly back to Kathmandu, and day six the farewell day. Permits and hunting fees
