We will start our trip by welcoming you to the capital, Kathmandu on the first day of this Hunting trip to Dhorpatan. Your second day will be a free day for sightseeing and photography. On day third, we will fly to Dhorpatan by Helicopter which is a 1 hour 40 minutes flight. We will organize a meet-up lunch, where you will be given all needed information by local guides and professional guides. And in the National Park office, we will give and get further information. Overnight at Dhorpatan. We will do actual hunting on the day fourth of the trip. Dhorpatan has six different blocks where hunting is allowed. You need to reserve your hunting at least 2 months prior as permission is not easy to get.

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

On your first day of the trip, Raconteur Adventure will welcome you to Kathmandu, will guide you through cultural shock once you come out of the airport, and assist you with hotel check-in. After all this, we will meet in the evening to discuss our overall trip to Dhorpatan. Our tour leaders and guide will help you give rich knowledge regarding the place and the journey we are going to have. We will stay overnight in Kathmandu in star category hotels.

Free Day/Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, we can start sightseeing of popular cultural, religious, and artistic places in Kathmandu. If you allow us to manage the Kathmandu Sightseeing tour, then you will be visiting Patan Durbar Square, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath in the evening. It is all your choice to a book sightseeing tour. You can relax, rest, or do whatever you feel like doing. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03

Fly to Dhorpatan from Kathmandu

Day third takes us to Dhorpatan in helicopters. Dhorpatan is a 1 hour 40 minutes flight from Kathmandu. Flying gives us freedom of time and choice. We can land at the exact location and shorten our trip time as well. Once, we land helicopters in Dhorptan, you will be warmly welcomed by a local guide and will meet field staff and visit the national park office to give and take related information. This day will be full of information and excitement as we are planning for the big day.

Day 04

The hunting day

Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve has six hunting blocks. As all things will be well-managed by Raconteur Adventure, we will gear up and wait in the location as suggested by guides and staff. Then, we wait, make a shot, and celebrate till the night. Hunting blocks in Dhorpatan are;
