Drive to Kakani bazaar via local bus and sightseeing at Kakani bazaar.

Then hiking starts to Kakani hill. It will take two hours to reach the Kakani hilltop from the Kakani bazaar. Kakani hill has a fantastic panoramic view and is also the best destination for a picnic, jungle bath, and listening to a soulful lullaby of birds.

You will reach Kakani Hill Top. Upon reaching the hilltop, you will enjoy the fantastic view of mountains with a nice green front drop. You also can spend some time in the Thai memorial peace park in memories of 113 plane crash victims. Along with the garden, authentic Tamang and their culture add just more to the overall experience.

Can I bring the kids to the KakanI hike?

Kakani hike is just 2 hours, making it easy for all, so there is no age restriction. The hiking route is easy and can be done by children and older people. The hiking route passes through lush green paddy fields and thin spare settlements. Our guide makes sure that your hiking experience is fulfilling and wholesome.

What are the things to carry on this hike?

We recommend you carry a medium-sized backpack to carry water bottles, sun blocks, glasses, and of course, your clothes, first aid kit and your belongings. Please do carry toilet papers and other necessary toiletries. You don’t need to have heavy as hiking is short.
