Panchase lies near Pokhara but receives fewer tourists than other Annapurna trekking routes, making this trek route more peaceful and relaxing. Trek is short, and if you are planning to trek the Annapurna Circuit, Annapurna Base Camp or other demanding trekking routes, then this trek is for you. Panchase can be your taste trek giving you an idea of whether you should go for significant trekking or not.
In three days during this Panchase Trek offered by Raconteur Adventure, you will experience lands of dense jungle and small streams, ultimately reaching Panchase, where mind-boggling snowy mountain views welcome you with arms wide open. From Panchase, you feel satisfied with the superb view of mountains 8000m above high. The best time to savour the natural magnificence is in the early morning. The sky is clear, and sun rays hit, making mountains golden. Mt Fishtail, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Manaslu, and Mt. Lamjung will open up on clear sky days. The best time to trek in Nepal is from September to November and April to March. There are different trek routes to reach Pachase, and Raconteur Adventure has all the itineraries ready to serve you.
The major popular route to Panchase Trek commences from Kande, Pokhara. On the first day, the trek starts from Kande to reach Bhadure. You will go to Bhanjyang from Bhaduri on the second day of your tour. On the third day, you will get to Panchase Peak from Bhanjyang and return to Bhanjyang. You can extend your night’s stay in Bhanjyang or directly trek back to Pokhara.

The second Route to Panchase follows the same route until reaching the peak of Panchase, but you will take a different way to return to Pokhara. You reach peak via Kande, Bhadure, and Bhanjyang. And will return via Sidhane Damdame and Ghaitchhina. This return route takes you to the thick, dense forest, terraced farmland, and villages of different ethnic communities. However, this route is not that famous, so carrying lots of water and snacks is advisable. Finally, you can take a taxi, bus or even walk to Lakeside Pokhara.
Many stone steps are here along the route to Panchase, which can be challenging. Climbing down the stairs is more difficult as more pressure is on the knees. It is good to carry trekking poles with you. Altitude sickness is no issue in this trek, and the maximum altitude in the trek walk is just 2500 meters above sea level. Please mind checking our itinerary section or writing to us to know more about the entire tour organisation, and safety precautions are taken @ info@localhost. There are plenty of reasons to do Panchase Trek as it is short, making it relatively cheaper and not challenging. But the natural abundance is not to be missed too.

The Panchase Area is gaining a reputation as the ideal walking location in a gorgeous environment. The Panchase region covers 5,500 acres and is located on the boundary of Kaski, Parbat, and Syangja. Many Himalayan peaks above 8000 meters may be viewed from here. This is an area with a wide range of flora and wildlife. There are approximately 113 different types of flowers, including two unique species of flower found only in this area, 107 species of wild orchids, five species of rhododendron and plants such as Loktha, Khashru, Champ, Phalat, medicinal herbs as flowing wind directly from the Himalayas strikes and vegetations with therapeutic value such as Loth Salla, Titte, Kurilo, Naagbeli, Satuwa, Paanch Aaule.
In addition, the Panchase protected forest is home to a variety of wildlife like tigers, deer, lagoons, beer, leopards, and several bird species. People visit the temple of Shidda Baba, Balaji Phachyan Temple, Boudha Stupas, and Panchase Lake and the natural significance of this location. Because this location has a mystical connection with the number five, it is also claimed that the confluxes of five peaks are five sacred meditation seats and that the Five Pandavas (protagonist characters in the epic Mahabharat) spent their exile period in this location.
After a few hours of walking, we will arrive at Panchase bhanjyang, where we will spend the night. The hotel there warmly welcomes their guests, and because this place has typical ethnic significance, community homestays are also available, so it's up to you if you want to experience local lifestyle, house made of stones and which may be low in amenities and simplistic. Still, you will be showered with hospitality in their way. Otherwise, you can get twin sharing bedrooms or camps.
The best time to go on a Panchase trip is in the fall (March-April) and the winter (September-December). If the monsoon arrives soon and lasts through October, it will be overcast. Otherwise, the view in Panchase at this time of year is fantastic. In general, this location receives the most rainfall in Nepal and is known as the "Wet Place of the Annapurna Circuit."
Trekking to Panchase may be done all year, however clothes may differ according on the season; Nepal has four seasons.
Spring is a windy season, and Panchase has a subtropical temperate climate, so you may wear polyester inner and windcheater, as well as comfy joggers.
During the autumn season, we recommend wearing moisture-wicking clothing such as polyester. While it may be sunny during the day and you may not want to wear many things because you will be strolling, the nights in the autumn season may be rather cold, so be prepared with light down coats.
During the winter (mid-december to mid-February), it gets too cold in the Panchase region; the temperature steadily drops as we climb higher, thus it is advisable to wear three layers of clothing, with a polyester inner layer, fleece materials as a second layer, and a down jacket as an outer layer. There is also a small risk of snowfall in Panchase.
