Physical Condition and required experience

Upper Mustang mountain biking is a moderately challenging mountain biking tour in the Annapurna region of Nepal. The average daily ride is up to 6 hours, with both uphill and downhill combined. Your experience with rocky descends, single tracks, and loose surfaces make this tour wholesome and worth every second and penny you invest. We suggest you engage in some physical activity in your homeland to better prepare your body for adapting complications of cycling in high elevations. For those who have some cycling experience under challenging terrains, Upper Mustang won’t be any trouble.

  • Any bar bills (alcoholic beverages, mineral water, and cold drinks), cigarettes, personal insurance coverages (which should include an emergency helicopter evacuation), and any other unanticipated charges.
  • Biking staffs, drivers, and other colleagues should follow these guidelines (Tips are not mandatory but expected, and recommended)
  • Your trip insurance, which must include a helicopter evacuation if necessary.
  • Airport departure taxes, both international and domestic
  • Any other services not stated in the Inclusion section
  • Biking gear and other personal belongings.

Checklist

  • A compact first-aid kit with blister remedies such as mole skin, band-aids, waterproof tape, anti-infection ointments, and other items. Your guides will have additional medical equipment, but you should bring the essentials for everyday usage.
  • One pair of water-resistant hiking/trekking footwear, light to medium weight. With layered socks, ensure a decent fit and that you've worn them previously to become acclimated to them (otherwise you will get lots of blister).
  • The best waterproof/breathable material is Gore-Tex or it’s similar. Should zip from top to bottom - this makes it easy to slip on over boots without undressing if the weather changes while you're out on the trail.
  • Paperback novels, cards, and an MP3 player (there are a number of rest stops). Players with moving hardware should be avoided since it may not work. Remember to keep these products as light as possible.
  • A string glued to the stick to hang around your neck is useful, and some sticks now come with a chord already attached. It's convenient since you won't have to stop and look for it.
  • Some individuals like earmuffs; they are not required; a decent hat, balaclava, and hooded jacket should suffice, but this is a personal preference for some people (optional).
  • Down Jacket (optional; we may give one if needed; however, it must be returned at the end of the hike). This is a versatile option for keeping the sun off your ears and neck.
  • Diamox (also known as Acetazolamide) 125 or 250 mg tablets are used to treat altitude sickness. Please consult with us before beginning to use this medication.
  • A pair of lightweight wool or synthetic liner gloves, which can be worn alone on moderate days or as a layer within other gloves or mitts for added warmth.
  • One little point-and-shoot camera or one huge SLR camera. Digital cameras are fine, but the batteries must be kept warm while not in use.
  • Shade hat or baseball cap - some individuals wear a bandana over their head and then cover it with a baseball cap to keep it in place.
  • There are four seasons Sleeping bag (optional; we may give one if necessary; however, it must be returned at the end of the walk)
  • A flight ticket (Please make a copy and leave on at our office in KTM just in case if you need to change the date of your).
  • One pair of soft shell pants, preferably synthetic and with a complete zip from top to bottom.
  • While instant hand warmers are always handy in a hurry, they aren't required for the walk.
  • Use waterproof stuff sacks or big puncture-resistant plastic bags to keep all garments dry.
  • Two pairs of lightweight long underwear made of capilene or another synthetic material.
  • Sunscreen SPF 40 is advised, and it should be fresh because it loses efficacy over time.
  • Bringing the necessary hand protection, as suggested above, should suffice (optional).
  • One pair of light-weight socks, which are ideal for the trail's lower / warmer sections.
  • Two pairs of hiking pants, preferably with knee zips so they may be used as shorts.
  • Shell jacket that is waterproof (and preferably breathable).Synthetic, no cotton
  • A hat made of warm wool or synthetic material that covers your ears.
  • For upset stomach or diarrhea, use Immodium or Pepto bismol pills.
  • Wear two or three pairs of heavy-weight socks over liner socks

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

Snowy white and all beautiful Himalayan landscapes welcome you as planes fly over the Himalayan range skyline. Upon landing and going through airport check-out, we welcome you to the airport and then drive to the pre-booked hotel. Naturally, your first drive here in Kathmandu is full of cultural shock, but no worries, as we Raconteur Adventure and team are all here to feel welcomed throughout your stay in Nepal. Overnight in star category hotel in Kathmandu. Dinner.

Day 02

Drive to Pokhara

We wake up early. After having an early morning breakfast in the Kathmandu hotel, we will sit on a bus to Pokhara. The drive starts from Kathmandu, Sorakhutte taking around 6-7 hours to reach Pokhara. Drive is scenic, passing mini towns, cities and natural settings of rivers and hills. We reach Pokhara, do a hotel check-in and then gather for a trip briefing during dinner. Pokhara is a stunningly beautiful city with many natural and artificial beauty. So, lay back, enjoy and relax here in Pokhara. Overnight in star category hotel in Pokhara. Breakfast and Dinner.

Day 03

Fly to Jomsom, 2710m, 20 Minutes and biking trip to Kagbeni, 2810m, Distance:12 Km

Early morning drive to Pokhara domestic airport to catch morning flight to Jomsom. The flight time is 25 Minutes. Flight is scenic because you will behold staggering mountains. As you reach Jomsom, our team meets you, and then you start our short mountain biking to Kagbeni. This short ride follows a jeep trail. And on the way, you can pay homage to the red Gumba, an 1000 years old religious landmark and explore other areas. Overnight at Lodge in Kagbeni.

Day 04

Mountain Biking from Kagbeni to Muktinath, 3800m, Distance: 18km

We start early as you have a breathtaking view to catch. And that view is of a golden sunrise, a stunning eye illusion, where snowy white mountains turn golden each morning. We enjoy ourselves here, take photos, laugh, and make memories. Then, mountain bike the jeep trail uphill to Muktinath. The ride is mild uphill. We will have lunch in Jharrkot. Jharkot is the site to explore different monasteries, interact with locals and observe their culture. We continue cycling until we reach the holy temple of Muktinath. Overnight here in Muktinath.

Day 05

Mountain Biking from Muktinath to Chele, 3050m, Distance : 18 km

On this day, we visit Muktinath Temple and do morning pooja. Then, we continue our ride to ex forbidden but still mysterious Upper Mustang. We continue uphill and ascend to Gyu La Pass(4077m). Then, we descend to Chhusang. The ride is through bumpy roads near the Kali Gandaki river. Upon crossing a bridge, we again do an uphill ride to get to Chele. Chele is a village rewarding an alluring view of Mt. Nilgiri(7061m) and the Kalingandaki gorge from a peculiar angle. We explore Chele going through old buildings, monasteries and, of course, the all-natural settings the place serves. We stay Overnight here in Chele.

Day 06

Biking Trip from Chele to Syangboche, 3800m, Distance- 20 km

On day six, we start our ride biking north to the fantastic magnificent Himalayas. As we ride towards the northern side, a splendid view of mountain white and non-white landscapes unravels in front of you.  We pass through four passes today lying between Chele and Syangboche. Taklam La(3624m), Dajori La (3735m), Bhena La(3860m) and Yamdo La(3860m) are passes we go through today. We have a short break in Samar. Then, again we continue towards Syangboche. The site’s rural setting allows you to meet with locals and learn about their culture and way of living. Casual encounters with ponies and donkeys are normal. Overnight stay in a local lodge at Syangboche.

Day 07

Biking Trip from Syangboche to Tsarang

We start the day with a short climb to reach Syanboche La Pass(3850m).  Syangboche La Pass renders a mesmerising view of Nilgiri(7061m) and Annapurna Massif. We then continue riding on the plain trail until we descend to Gilling. And again ascend, passing through some beautiful villages. Upon crossing Nya La Pass(4025m), we ride descending to Ghami via Ghami La Pass(3765m). Ghami is a popular spot for delight in Tibetan food. We continue passing Mani Walls, an old monastery and Drakmar village until reaching Tsarang. Overnight in a local lodge. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 08

Biking Trip from Tsarang to Lo-Monthang

Day eight is a critical day of this Upper Mustang mountain biking tour as we reach Lo-Monthang today. Lo- Monthang is a mysterious, encircled, rich Buddhist heritage town. This city was the capital of the former “Kingdom of Lo”. The ride today is relatively easy. We cross Lo La Pass(3950m), experiencing all stunning 360-degree mountain views. We ride on open jeep ways and even in trekking lines today.  In the end, after the pass, we reach Lo- Monthang after half an hour. Overnight in the local lodge at Lo-Monthang. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 09

A relaxing day in Lo-Monthang

We spend this special day of Upper Mustang Mountain Biking actually in the Upper geography of Mustang. We explore centuries-old Gumba, inhabited caves, the Royal Fortress, museum and the traditional Buddhist way of living. As we explore different facets here in Upper Mustang, your colourful deserts are picturesquely alluring with a backdrop of mountains. If you examine more, we see heirs of the former Queen and King of Lo. See, observe and engage in the region’s rich culture and folklore. After soaking in the natural and artificial magnificence of Lo-Monthang, we stay Overnight. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 10

Mountain biking from Lo-Monthang to Ghami, 3510m via Ghar Gompa, Distance : 30 km

On this day, we farewell these lovely places and then continue riding, returning to new single-track routes. We will be crossing three passes which are Lo La(3950m), Chogo La(4280m) & Mui La(4170m). As we tide to Ghami,  we arrive in Ghar Gompa, an ancient monastery having significance for the Lo Nying Sect of Buddhism.  You can find scriptures of Padmasambhava in Ghar Gompa. After a spiritual journey in the Gompa, we descend, riding to Dhakmar and finally reaching Ghami. Overnight stay in a local lodge at Ghami.

Day 11

Biking trip from Ghami to Samar, 3620m, 32km

We reroute the same trail from Ghami to Samar crossing five passes and different small streams. Our ride continues to Syangboche passing several small villages, monasteries and fields of barley. We continue riding alongside Syangboche Khola to reach Chungsi Cave. Then, we cross Jhuwa Khola and Samarkyuna Khola  to finally reach Samar. Overnight in the local lodge at Samar.

Day 12

Ride from Samar to Marpha, 2670m, Distance 30km

Our day starts early in the morning with a small ascend to Dajori La Pass(3735m) and a downhill ride to Chele. We ride along the river beds of Kali Gandaki river to reach Kagbeni. We will have lunch either in Chhusang or Kagbeni. After lunch,  ride continues back along the Kali Gandaki valley to Jomsom, our start point for the Upper Mustang Cycling Trip. We reach a lovely village of Marpha, passing through apple gardens. Stay overnight in the local lodge at Marpha. Marpha is famous for apple brandy and other products—breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 13

Ride from Marpha to Tatopani, 1190m, Distance ,45 km

Starting early, we first explore different facets of Marpha. Monasteries, the cheese factory, and traditional whitewashed houses are some attractions here in Marpha. After an excellent breakfast, we continue riding to more of a subtropical region along the Kali Gandaki River. We then descend with all the fantastic company of green hill landscapes & snowy mountains. Upon reaching Tatopani, we relax in a natural hot spring. This natural hot spring relaxes your tire muscle, rewarding you for a much-needed natural retreat. We stay overnight here in Tatopani.

Day 14

Drive to Pokhara from Tatopani.

After breakfast at Tatopani, we ride along river banks to Beni Bazaar. We will receive you in Beni Bazaar and drive to Pokhara. It is the time to farewell these lovely, peaceful mountains: Pokhara arrival, hotel transfer and time on your own. Stroll and shop around Pokhara lakeside, sip beers and enjoy. Overnight in star category hotel in Pokhara.

Day 15

Relax day in Pokhara

You can set your time plan on day fifteen and roam around Pokhara. Some important sites in Pokhara are Davis Fall, Pumdikot, Peace Pagoda, Gupteshwor Mahadev, and more. But, if you are not in the mood to take all hassles, then we organise full day Pokhara sightseeing on this very day. After soaking in the natural and artificial setting of Pokhara, stay overnight in lovely star-rated hotels.

Day 16

Fly back to Kathmandu, Farewell Dinner

After breakfast at Pokhara’s hotel, you fly back to Kathmandu. This flight back to Kathmandu is scenic, with stunning views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna Massif, Manaslu range, Ganesh Himal range and Langtang Himal. The total flight time is of 25 minutes. Upon Kathmandu’s arrival, we welcome you to the airport and drive you to the pre-booked hotel. Please feel free to explore Kathmandu. We meet again during farewell dinner, where you and I share memories of the MTB tour of Upper Mustang.

Your experience with rocky descends, single tracks, and loose surfaces make this tour wholesome and worth every second and penny you invest. Best Time to mountain bike in Upper Mustang

The ideal most ideal time for the Upper Mustang mountain bike tour of Raconteur Adventure is during spring (March to May) and autumn (August to November). During this time, the weather is not extreme and guarantees some insane view of natural magnificence.

  • Mountain bike, depending on the amount of days you want to ride. Depending on your preference, Cube, Trek, and Giant hard tail or full-suspension bikes are available (We recommend bringing your own Bike)

  • A Nepal entry visa, which you may easily get upon arrival at Kathmandu's Tribhuwan International Airport. (A 30-day and 90 day tourist visa with multiple entries can be purchased for $40 and $100, respectively.) Please provide two passport-size pictures (please bring two copies).
  • Any bar bills (alcoholic beverages, mineral water, and cold drinks), cigarettes, personal insurance coverages (which should include an emergency helicopter evacuation), and any other unanticipated charges.
  • Biking staffs, drivers, and other colleagues should follow these guidelines (Tips are not mandatory but expected, and recommended)
  • Your trip insurance, which must include a helicopter evacuation if necessary.
  • Airport departure taxes, both international and domestic
  • Any other services not stated in the Inclusion section
  • Biking gear and other personal belongings.

Checklist

  • A compact first-aid kit with blister remedies such as mole skin, band-aids, waterproof tape, anti-infection ointments, and other items. Your guides will have additional medical equipment, but you should bring the essentials for everyday usage.
  • One pair of water-resistant hiking/trekking footwear, light to medium weight. With layered socks, ensure a decent fit and that you've worn them previously to become acclimated to them (otherwise you will get lots of blister).
  • The best waterproof/breathable material is Gore-Tex or it’s similar. Should zip from top to bottom - this makes it easy to slip on over boots without undressing if the weather changes while you're out on the trail.
  • Paperback novels, cards, and an MP3 player (there are a number of rest stops). Players with moving hardware should be avoided since it may not work. Remember to keep these products as light as possible.
  • A string glued to the stick to hang around your neck is useful, and some sticks now come with a chord already attached. It's convenient since you won't have to stop and look for it.
  • Some individuals like earmuffs; they are not required; a decent hat, balaclava, and hooded jacket should suffice, but this is a personal preference for some people (optional).
  • Down Jacket (optional; we may give one if needed; however, it must be returned at the end of the hike). This is a versatile option for keeping the sun off your ears and neck.
  • Diamox (also known as Acetazolamide) 125 or 250 mg tablets are used to treat altitude sickness. Please consult with us before beginning to use this medication.
  • A pair of lightweight wool or synthetic liner gloves, which can be worn alone on moderate days or as a layer within other gloves or mitts for added warmth.
  • One little point-and-shoot camera or one huge SLR camera. Digital cameras are fine, but the batteries must be kept warm while not in use.
  • Shade hat or baseball cap - some individuals wear a bandana over their head and then cover it with a baseball cap to keep it in place.
  • There are four seasons Sleeping bag (optional; we may give one if necessary; however, it must be returned at the end of the walk)
  • A flight ticket (Please make a copy and leave on at our office in KTM just in case if you need to change the date of your).
  • One pair of soft shell pants, preferably synthetic and with a complete zip from top to bottom.
  • While instant hand warmers are always handy in a hurry, they aren't required for the walk.
  • Use waterproof stuff sacks or big puncture-resistant plastic bags to keep all garments dry.
  • Two pairs of lightweight long underwear made of capilene or another synthetic material.
  • Sunscreen SPF 40 is advised, and it should be fresh because it loses efficacy over time.
  • Bringing the necessary hand protection, as suggested above, should suffice (optional).
  • One pair of light-weight socks, which are ideal for the trail's lower / warmer sections.
  • Two pairs of hiking pants, preferably with knee zips so they may be used as shorts.
  • Shell jacket that is waterproof (and preferably breathable).Synthetic, no cotton
  • A hat made of warm wool or synthetic material that covers your ears.
  • For upset stomach or diarrhea, use Immodium or Pepto bismol pills.
  • Wear two or three pairs of heavy-weight socks over liner socks
  • Travel papers, money, and passport in a durable wallet or bag.
  • Two pairs of nylon hiking shorts (not cotton) that dry quickly!
  • Excedrin Extra Strength for headaches caused by altitude.
  • Hydration bladder with tube insulator and drinking tube
  • Iodine pills or Polar-pure crystals for water purification
  • Two to four pairs of synthetic or capilene liner socks
  • Extra passport photographs and a passport (4 copies).
  • A pair of loose-fitting cotton pants (jeans or khakis).
  • Thermal shirts that are light and adventure weight.
  • 2 sticks of sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 20.

Tour Plan

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

Snowy white and all beautiful Himalayan landscapes welcome you as planes fly over the Himalayan range skyline. Upon landing and going through airport check-out, we welcome you to the airport and then drive to the pre-booked hotel. Naturally, your first drive here in Kathmandu is full of cultural shock, but no worries, as we Raconteur Adventure and team are all here to feel welcomed throughout your stay in Nepal. Overnight in star category hotel in Kathmandu. Dinner.

Day 02

Drive to Pokhara

We wake up early. After having an early morning breakfast in the Kathmandu hotel, we will sit on a bus to Pokhara. The drive starts from Kathmandu, Sorakhutte taking around 6-7 hours to reach Pokhara. Drive is scenic, passing mini towns, cities and natural settings of rivers and hills. We reach Pokhara, do a hotel check-in and then gather for a trip briefing during dinner. Pokhara is a stunningly beautiful city with many natural and artificial beauty. So, lay back, enjoy and relax here in Pokhara. Overnight in star category hotel in Pokhara. Breakfast and Dinner.

Day 03

Fly to Jomsom, 2710m, 20 Minutes and biking trip to Kagbeni, 2810m, Distance:12 Km

Early morning drive to Pokhara domestic airport to catch morning flight to Jomsom. The flight time is 25 Minutes. Flight is scenic because you will behold staggering mountains. As you reach Jomsom, our team meets you, and then you start our short mountain biking to Kagbeni. This short ride follows a jeep trail. And on the way, you can pay homage to the red Gumba, an 1000 years old religious landmark and explore other areas. Overnight at Lodge in Kagbeni.

Day 04

Mountain Biking from Kagbeni to Muktinath, 3800m, Distance: 18km

We start early as you have a breathtaking view to catch. And that view is of a golden sunrise, a stunning eye illusion, where snowy white mountains turn golden each morning. We enjoy ourselves here, take photos, laugh, and make memories. Then, mountain bike the jeep trail uphill to Muktinath. The ride is mild uphill. We will have lunch in Jharrkot. Jharkot is the site to explore different monasteries, interact with locals and observe their culture. We continue cycling until we reach the holy temple of Muktinath. Overnight here in Muktinath.

Day 05

Mountain Biking from Muktinath to Chele, 3050m, Distance : 18 km

On this day, we visit Muktinath Temple and do morning pooja. Then, we continue our ride to ex forbidden but still mysterious Upper Mustang. We continue uphill and ascend to Gyu La Pass(4077m). Then, we descend to Chhusang. The ride is through bumpy roads near the Kali Gandaki river. Upon crossing a bridge, we again do an uphill ride to get to Chele. Chele is a village rewarding an alluring view of Mt. Nilgiri(7061m) and the Kalingandaki gorge from a peculiar angle. We explore Chele going through old buildings, monasteries and, of course, the all-natural settings the place serves. We stay Overnight here in Chele.

Day 06

Biking Trip from Chele to Syangboche, 3800m, Distance- 20 km

On day six, we start our ride biking north to the fantastic magnificent Himalayas. As we ride towards the northern side, a splendid view of mountain white and non-white landscapes unravels in front of you.  We pass through four passes today lying between Chele and Syangboche. Taklam La(3624m), Dajori La (3735m), Bhena La(3860m) and Yamdo La(3860m) are passes we go through today. We have a short break in Samar. Then, again we continue towards Syangboche. The site’s rural setting allows you to meet with locals and learn about their culture and way of living. Casual encounters with ponies and donkeys are normal. Overnight stay in a local lodge at Syangboche.

Day 07

Biking Trip from Syangboche to Tsarang

We start the day with a short climb to reach Syanboche La Pass(3850m).  Syangboche La Pass renders a mesmerising view of Nilgiri(7061m) and Annapurna Massif. We then continue riding on the plain trail until we descend to Gilling. And again ascend, passing through some beautiful villages. Upon crossing Nya La Pass(4025m), we ride descending to Ghami via Ghami La Pass(3765m). Ghami is a popular spot for delight in Tibetan food. We continue passing Mani Walls, an old monastery and Drakmar village until reaching Tsarang. Overnight in a local lodge. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 08

Biking Trip from Tsarang to Lo-Monthang

Day eight is a critical day of this Upper Mustang mountain biking tour as we reach Lo-Monthang today. Lo- Monthang is a mysterious, encircled, rich Buddhist heritage town. This city was the capital of the former “Kingdom of Lo”. The ride today is relatively easy. We cross Lo La Pass(3950m), experiencing all stunning 360-degree mountain views. We ride on open jeep ways and even in trekking lines today.  In the end, after the pass, we reach Lo- Monthang after half an hour. Overnight in the local lodge at Lo-Monthang. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 09

A relaxing day in Lo-Monthang

We spend this special day of Upper Mustang Mountain Biking actually in the Upper geography of Mustang. We explore centuries-old Gumba, inhabited caves, the Royal Fortress, museum and the traditional Buddhist way of living. As we explore different facets here in Upper Mustang, your colourful deserts are picturesquely alluring with a backdrop of mountains. If you examine more, we see heirs of the former Queen and King of Lo. See, observe and engage in the region’s rich culture and folklore. After soaking in the natural and artificial magnificence of Lo-Monthang, we stay Overnight. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 10

Mountain biking from Lo-Monthang to Ghami, 3510m via Ghar Gompa, Distance : 30 km

On this day, we farewell these lovely places and then continue riding, returning to new single-track routes. We will be crossing three passes which are Lo La(3950m), Chogo La(4280m) & Mui La(4170m). As we tide to Ghami,  we arrive in Ghar Gompa, an ancient monastery having significance for the Lo Nying Sect of Buddhism.  You can find scriptures of Padmasambhava in Ghar Gompa. After a spiritual journey in the Gompa, we descend, riding to Dhakmar and finally reaching Ghami. Overnight stay in a local lodge at Ghami.

Day 11

Biking trip from Ghami to Samar, 3620m, 32km

We reroute the same trail from Ghami to Samar crossing five passes and different small streams. Our ride continues to Syangboche passing several small villages, monasteries and fields of barley. We continue riding alongside Syangboche Khola to reach Chungsi Cave. Then, we cross Jhuwa Khola and Samarkyuna Khola  to finally reach Samar. Overnight in the local lodge at Samar.

Day 12

Ride from Samar to Marpha, 2670m, Distance 30km

Our day starts early in the morning with a small ascend to Dajori La Pass(3735m) and a downhill ride to Chele. We ride along the river beds of Kali Gandaki river to reach Kagbeni. We will have lunch either in Chhusang or Kagbeni. After lunch,  ride continues back along the Kali Gandaki valley to Jomsom, our start point for the Upper Mustang Cycling Trip. We reach a lovely village of Marpha, passing through apple gardens. Stay overnight in the local lodge at Marpha. Marpha is famous for apple brandy and other products—breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 13

Ride from Marpha to Tatopani, 1190m, Distance ,45 km

Starting early, we first explore different facets of Marpha. Monasteries, the cheese factory, and traditional whitewashed houses are some attractions here in Marpha. After an excellent breakfast, we continue riding to more of a subtropical region along the Kali Gandaki River. We then descend with all the fantastic company of green hill landscapes & snowy mountains. Upon reaching Tatopani, we relax in a natural hot spring. This natural hot spring relaxes your tire muscle, rewarding you for a much-needed natural retreat. We stay overnight here in Tatopani.

Day 14

Drive to Pokhara from Tatopani.

After breakfast at Tatopani, we ride along river banks to Beni Bazaar. We will receive you in Beni Bazaar and drive to Pokhara. It is the time to farewell these lovely, peaceful mountains: Pokhara arrival, hotel transfer and time on your own. Stroll and shop around Pokhara lakeside, sip beers and enjoy. Overnight in star category hotel in Pokhara.

Day 15

Relax day in Pokhara

You can set your time plan on day fifteen and roam around Pokhara. Some important sites in Pokhara are Davis Fall, Pumdikot, Peace Pagoda, Gupteshwor Mahadev, and more. But, if you are not in the mood to take all hassles, then we organise full day Pokhara sightseeing on this very day. After soaking in the natural and artificial setting of Pokhara, stay overnight in lovely star-rated hotels.

Day 16

Fly back to Kathmandu, Farewell Dinner

After breakfast at Pokhara’s hotel, you fly back to Kathmandu. This flight back to Kathmandu is scenic, with stunning views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna Massif, Manaslu range, Ganesh Himal range and Langtang Himal. The total flight time is of 25 minutes. Upon Kathmandu’s arrival, we welcome you to the airport and drive you to the pre-booked hotel. Please feel free to explore Kathmandu. We meet again during farewell dinner, where you and I share memories of the MTB tour of Upper Mustang.

Departure

We will receive you from the hotel and drop you at the International airport before 3 hours of flight time. It is not final goodbye as there is a promise to keep, that we shall meet again.
